Unfortunately, we are currently not accepting returns.
Due to the nature of the product, we are unable to refund also.
WHY DID YOU START CANNY HONEY?
We started Canny Honey in 2018. We turned our hobby of beekeeping into our business and we couldn't be more proud!
WHAT MAKES YOU DIFFERENT FROM YOUR COMPETITORS?
Our prices! For the type of honey we do, our prices are by far the cheapest and the honey is definitely the tastiest (In our opinion!)
WHERE ARE YOU BASED?
We are based in the North East of England - Newcastle (Wey aye man)
WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
We aim to ship to the whole of the UK. Postage will be calculated on the weight of the products and delivered by Royal Mail.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE MY PARCEL AND THE HONEY HAS SMASHED?
We always take pride in how well we package our goods BUT if you receive your parcel and the honey has smashed, we will send a new one out as long as we have received a photo within 10 days of you placing your order.
DO YOU DO A LOYALTY SCHEME?
